I like the triangle girl character I created above.  I wanna play around some more with her.  She seems interesting 😮

Speaking about playing around, I was … playing around.. with the iPad girl.  I realised that can get a c00l effect when I put the original pencil sketch with a lowered opacity ontop and blend it in with the inked and coloured image.  With a little tweaking, here’s what that looks like:

Ohhh, I was going to add some white shapes to her eyes but I forgot!  Damn, maybe another time.

Finally Got’R Done…  I wanted to do the background lighting and stuff better but on well…

Also, I just realised that WordPress scales the image to a width of 415px.  So even if I embed the full image, it shows up smaller than it really is.  I’ll have to re-enable the links to the images so that you can click to see the full image.

We go together like red beans and rice.

One of my favorite musical artists, Chris Cendana, was doing a live session on blogtv.  Did a quick sketch of him while he was playing 😛

Pups on the dilly

Half of these were done in the Retinal Specialist’s office… while my pupils were dilated… I think that’s a feat in itself!

One of the people I’ve been studying is Stephen Silver. He is amazing! Alot of what I do is based on looking and studying his work. This iPad girl is an example. I think I will do something with this sketch. Maybe.. we’ll see…

QUESTION: Do you like this gallery format for posting art?  Would you prefer the actual images, in their big size, inserted into the post?
